Responsible for all facets of 500+ page website - design, production, web server management and maintenance, and tracking web statistics. Responsible for the design and layout of marketing materials for web and print organization wide. Produced newsletters, course books, annual meeting marketing materials, and a wide range of other materials. Oversee or assist with contract negotiations on software, hardware, contract services and other web-related upgrades. Provide user support and training. Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage hardware and software products. Accomplished a complete redesign of the main website and the creation of two additional websites. Managed numerous projects both web and creative based. Produced monthly podcast for educational activity.  (Note: In 2007 Job title  was changed to IT Director, but duties remained essentially the same.)

Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising office staff.

Assist with the town's financial management.  Liaison between the public and town officials, as well as other government agencies. Publish monthly newsletter, annual reports, and other communications. Manage and author grant requests.  Coordinate special events.
