Currently assigned to 132/33 KV Adnoc substation Project Management works.
Previously completed 1600 MW Shuweihat S3 Power Plant infrastructure works including gas pipeline sleepers, Asphalt roadworks including road crossings over gas pipelines, manhole construction works and fencing works.

Assigned to Project Management works for pre-fabricated buildings in various locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Projects completed include NMDC, Engineers Office, EMAL and Agility.Project works comprised of dry partition works, false ceiling, MEP and all other related interior works.

Assigned to Project Management works for ADWEA 4 MW NGK Battery Energy Storage Projects (GIC-A,B & C Sub-stations) in ICAD, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.Project included precast works and piling co-ordination works.

• Responsible for Construction Management of various 132/ 11 KV Substations in Dubai including Emirates Mall, Ahmadiya, Dubailand, Dragon Mall, Dubai World Central, Arabian Mall and Studio City Substations
• Qualified competitive subcontractor bids prior to execution of contracts. 
• Facilitated processing of RFI’s, submittals and samples among the general contractor, the owner and the owner’s consultants.
• Reviewed and investigated Proposed Change Order
• Acted as the liaison between Client, Consultant and the contractor
• Performed construction site pre-inspections and coordinated post-construction audits. 
• Stayed consistent with project schedules and plans for all  installations.
• Educated general contractor personnel on the quality standards throughout the construction process.

• Also responsible for Microtunelling works.

• Accurately provided status information on project progress to the project management. 

• Projects completed include the Etisalat Al Jamaniyat Earth Station project and Period Contract for Under-ground Duct Laying Works in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

• Primary responsibilities included setting up of a 65,000 sft. Software development Center in Chennai, India.
• Further responsibilities included maintenance management activities in the existing development centers at Bangalore.

Duties included project management, co-ordination with architect/contractors, liaison with statutory bodies and maintenance follow-up activities.

• Responsibilities initially included assisting Facilities Manager in setting up of 120,000 sft. Software Development Facility in Bangalore.
• Assigned later to work with Motorola Page-Point towards setting up of Paging Service centers in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune.
• Duties included complete management of Facilities activities.
