 Built relationships with key universities/colleges, faculty, administrative staff of academic departments, and student organizations to creatively and proactively identify and attract high quality undergraduate and MBA candidates, while focusing on building a diverse pipeline of talent. Led the development of campus branding strategy; to include the development of marketing and collateral materials and social media.  Developed reporting and evaluation metrics while evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of university relations activities, resources, and tools and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
