Founded in 1999, RealTime Performance delivers web-based leadership assessment and employee development products.The products enable companies to assess leadership skills, make targeted recommendations for employee performance improvement, and help employees create and share development plans.The company’s flagship product, Inspire, facilitates a self-directed learning experience, helping employees access knowledge and skills at the “point of need,” and provides a means for employees to manage their career development.RealTime Performance also provides experiential learning and classroom-based simulations designed to develop business acumen and leadership skills.  RealTime Performance delivers services and consulting to clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Nordstrom, FedEx, PepsiCo, Emerson, Covance, Healthways and Chubb.

Sean serves on the Board of Directors of Education Northwest, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing education.  Chartered in the Pacific Northwest in 1966 as Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory, Education Northwest now conducts more than 200 projects annually, working with schools, districts, and communities across the country on comprehensive, research-based solutions to the challenges they face.

Joining as the sixth employee of Quando in 1994, taking on the role of Director of Marketing & Sales.  The company established itself as a leader in Internet search technolgy for event information.  Quando was sold to Disney (Infoseek) for $30 Million in 1998.  At Quando Sean:

* Secured distribution partnership deals with major Internet search companies

* Hired and managed a team of national sales reps

* Established the Quando brand

* Sold Quando Internet services to media and technology clients

Sean earned an MBA from the University of Oregon, emphasizing Organization and Leadership Development.  In 1998, Sean interned at the GE Capital Center for Learning & Organizational Excellence (CLOE) where he:

* Delivered Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Training for Sales

* Designed a management training workshop incorporating a computer based simulation for process management

* Attended GE management training at Crotonville
