• Built and aided in building several online courses on the LMS using Lectora • Extensive use of seamlessly integrating video and images into the courses for optimal student consumption    

InterCall and WebEx web conferencing applications

• Worked extensively with InterCall web conferencing suite in many different capacities • Created several user manuals for InterCall web conferencing for in-house training purposes • Brief but intense training and experience with WebEx web conferencing
