My experience includes helping to bring the community back together after the devastating Poomacha Wildfire disaster in San Diego County, which involved fundraising assistance for the purchase of new firefighting gear and a new wildland firefighting truck. Having served as a water engineer and volunteer firefighter, I‘ve seen first hand, the best and the worst of what can happen in a community during a catastrophe. I have always provided for my family and I know what it means to earn a living. My professional background includes having served as president, vice president, director and manager of many successful corporations. I have worked extensively and comfortably with the AFL / CIO, Native Americans tribes, and the Hispanic community.
