Whilst most recently acting in a Business Architect role, I have 20 years of experience in various analysis, design, implementation and business architecture roles, predominantly in the Financial Services sector. I have led and project managed the analysis workstreams on large transformation, software development and COTS software implementation projects from inception through to post implementation.
My recent architectural roles have given me a good understanding of architectural frameworks (TOGAF) although my focus has been business architecture. In addition I have strong business analysis skills and experience running large teams of analysts.
I have worked in both customer and supplier roles in environments using most methodologies, including agile.
I enjoy working at project board level and reporting directly to senior stakeholders, but am also comfortable working at low levels of detail.

Senior Business Analyst-Senior BA working on integration and migration project following the sale of Nationwide Life to Legal & General. Main areas of responsibility were around Sales Management operating model,business process definition and system integration work defining how new L&G Insurance quotations and application system integrated with Nationwide's Mortgage Application, Originations and CRM systems.
Definition of processes, tools and system interfaces to ensure customer engagements, mortgage completions and putting insurance policies on risk at L&G took place in a co-ordinated manner. Other areas of responsibility included migration and management of existing Nationwide Insurance Pipeline and working with the actuaries to define business processes and tools to ensure correct payment of commission on policies once L&G took ownership of the Nationwide pipeline and backbook.
Senior Business Analyst-Acting as lead business analyst defining requirements for new document generation system for L&G's customer facing documentation unit life maturities and pensions. Requirements included:
