I am managing the project from grant agreement through minimum viable product and application construction. This is a DFID & GSMA two-year grant funded social impact project with a budget of 1 million USD. Providing management and coordination for the first six months of the project. Produced a project road map for the first two years of the project. Produced the project plan and work plan, project budget, business model, and financial model. Developed the product management iterative improvement gates. Worked in the field with the User Centered Designers, producing the needs assessment and the design and concept fieldwork. Established contractual relationships with technology, content, education/training, research, and distribution partners. Managing the grant-mandated reporting.

I was asked to lead the team when the Director of CSR was reassigned to Singapore. Managed a portfolio of 13 concurrently active projects. Managed the organization's relationships and partnerships with NGOs, IGOs, and multilateral organizations. Supported the CSR team in developing a three-year strategy for moving from launch to business phases. Worked with the Executive Committee to acquire investment and approvals for the CSR strategy, partnerships, and projects. Managed the response to public backlash against the company's perceived religious heritage. Provided analysis and contextualized recommendations when the company faced socio-political challenges. Managed the operating license obligation to fund social development projects that benefit the bottom of the pyramid. Represented the organization at ministerial meetings and formal events. Managed a yearly budget of 5 million USD.

Contributed to building Ooredoo's CSR launch strategy and the CSR model for the first year of operations. Contributed to implementing the Strategic Community Engagement plan in combating religious backlash to the brand. Contributed to socio-political analysis and planning for the organization. Developed M&E systems, indicators, and targets for grant proposals. Managed the design, development, and construction of SISHA's Operations Database. Policy Intern-Global Initiative on Legal Empowerment and the Center for Policy Studies Budapest⎪ Hungary I performed policy research and analysis on the legal empowerment impact of paralegal programs on access to healthcare, institutional barriers, dispute resolution and rule of law in disadvantaged communities. Analyzed and evaluated interventions and achievements of previous legal empowerment initiatives. Analyzed potential impact on indicators addressing the Millennium Development Goals. Developed a tool kit of indices and methods for the evaluation of paralegal programs. Findings through memos, policy briefs and a policy paper, providing insight into policy processes, actors, challenges, and opportunities.
