My role was to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. This included taking orders and serving drinks from the bar, as well as serving food around the floor of the pub. Key skills, such as people skills and bar-tending skills, were vastly improved upon throughout my time here.

I worked in a large busy store for two weeks. During this period, I gained first-hand experience of working in a highly populated store and keeping up with product stock. Furthermore,  I built upon my ability to work amongst - and help - customers. I also improved both my team working skills, and my cooperation with other members of the staff.

I studied music performance in London where I achieved a Distinction (overall). My college years were spent learning about the ever-growing music industry. The course incorporated compositional tasks and performances - both in-house and at various venues around London. Furthermore, I picked up the ability to play additional instruments - including guitar and drums.
