Corporate Client Project Manager
- Develops and manages Project Plan for the Company's large Corporate multi-property clients
- Executes Plan in concert with internal (Company-side) and external (client-side) stakeholders
- Tracks progress, updates, and adjusts Plan in accordance with project guidelines
- Conducts Feature Elaboration sessions and product demonstrations; writes Design Review Documentation and coordinates with Account Manager and Professional Services on SOW creation.
- Facilitates meetings between internal and external stakeholders; manages action items from engagements and ensures completion of tasks
- Created and manages user Focus Group.
