- Maintain complete knowledge of Dining room Layout, table/seat/section numbrs. Proper tale set ups, room capacity, hors of operation, prince range and dress code.
- Follow the Restaurant reservation pocedures.
- Email the daily house coumts, arrivals, departures and VIP's.
- Follow all epartments policies/ service procedure.
- Communicate reservtion or cancellation change to managementas they arise throughout the shift.
- Ensure that the Reception desk is cleaned and organized all the time.
- Greet the guests at the entrance, then guide the guest while explaining the history and the concept of the venue.
- Ensure that the tables are set to the best service of the guest.
- Maintain positive Guest relations at all times.
