I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Connecticut State University.

I returned to college to complete my bachelor degree after a nine-year hiatus.  In those nine years, I experienced working with people of diverse backgrounds, developed my communication and leadership skills, and learned to prioritize and manage time efficiently.  My passion for writing and photography also grew in that time.  I returned to school knowing that I wanted to earn my degree in Communication.

I have been professionally building and managing relationships for over 10 years.  My work experience mainly includes childcare and banking and lending - areas which require building and maintaining trust.  I returned to college in 2006 on a part-time basis.  In May 2008, I left my full-time job as a mortgage underwriter to pursue my studies full-time.  I am driven and not afraid of hard work.  I embrace challenges.
