Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments:

- Primary marketing advisor for 3,000+ franchisee educators across the U.S., directing them by creating marketing plans and campaigns to launch and drive their individual businesses.

- Developed and implemented a new e-Commerce business model to serve “Today’s Mom” by allowing franchisees to transact with parents online (vs. historical in-person meetings and paper enrollments.)

- Created a new customer-incentive marketing campaign to increase enrollments and revenue.

- Exceeded corporate goal of number of franchisees attending brand building, profitability and relationship marketing training sessions by 20%; created material and led all online and in-person training.
