Vice President - Corporate MarketingRecruited by CEO as interim leader for Corporate Marketing while retained national search for Marketing EVP was conducted. Responsible for turning around an understaffed, underperforming team and dramatically improving marketing operational execution and collaboration with internal and external partners within first 6 months in role. Directed $6M annual budget and a team of 12 driving all marketing activities including creative, customer acquisition and retention strategies, campaign development and management, and internal and external communications.   • Grew most profitable cardholder category by 40% through account acquisition and retention marketing activities

Sr. Director - U.S. Consumer Online (eCommerce) SalesDirected online sales channel strategies, ecommerce functionality roadmap, and overall performance for the Dell Preferred Account (DPA) private label credit card for Dell Online sales segments serving the U.S. Consumer market. Led team of 9 eCommerce professionals responsible for product development, merchandising, content development, online production, testing, web and business analytics, quality assurance, online customer experience and usability, and all online demand generation activities.   • Originated over $1.1B annually in DPA-financed Dell product sales over prior two fiscal years
  • Achieved online financing penetration rates as high as 45%, or more than double the industry benchmark
