Scott Prephan

At Prephan Enterprises, Scott Prephan has helped bring millions of dollars in foreign capital investment to northwest Ohio through the management of a real estate portfolio that includes shopping centers, commercial properties, hotels, and vacation rentals. He has developed a robust network of business contacts in China in particular, and leverages his experience to identify profitable opportunities for both domestic and international investors. In addition to his work overseas, Scott Prephan recently purchased a marina in Naples, Florida, and is pursuing development opportunities throughout South Florida.

Mr. Prephan attended Bowling Green State University, where he was president of the accounting club and a resident advisor. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in accounting, he began his career with Ernst and Young. Apart from his professional endeavors, he enjoys soccer and traveling. A fishing enthusiast, he has visited popular destinations throughout the Caribbean and Canada, and has caught everything from sailfish to northern pike.
