  • Strategic Thinking/Innovation - Developed first Johnson &Johnson internal validated portal to host GxP documents that supported several key manufacturing facilities in 2 countries, which resulted in $150K reduction of annual license fees and increased performance on core document management system.
  • Process Improvement - Led Six Sigma project to increase efficiency in consumer call center delivering 90% headcount reduction and $1 million in annual budget savings and delivered streamlined change management process for SAP system for the consumer sector which resulted in a 50% reduction in turnaround time for testing, documentation, and implementation for new enhancements.
