Initiated and nurtured relationships with corporate decision-makers in Fairfield County establishing 601 new corporate connections on LinkedIn.  Created fundraising event strategies appealing to the interests of different demographics.Managed all aspects of annual gala, golf tournament and other events exceeding sponsorship and overall fundraising goals. Wrote compelling media, donor and follower communications to correctly position mission and convey a sincere appreciation to all supporters. Managed email as the primary, low-cost channel for regular communications. Sent 422,478 emails in a 12-month period. Extended reach into new local audiences using social media by creating over 700 friends, fans and group members in less than a 12-month period. Implemented new CRM database system for tracking postal and email communications, gifts and supporter base segmentation.
