Received my first graduation paper with my Associate of Arts in General Studies after transferring in 80+ hours from the two previous universities that I had attended: University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR and Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, AR.


Professor Jay Williams

He has seen my administrative specialist and my troubleshooting skills at work with building department specific forms in both MS-Word 2010 and Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  I have also assisted him with troubleshooting his printer and the smartboards in the School of Social Work classrooms.

Dr. Lillian Wichinsky

She has seen my troubleshooting skills at work with helping her with her printer when it jams or doesn’t want to print properly, setting up grading sheets (specific to her courses) in excel using formulas such as Sum, Lookup and Concatenate.

Dr. Rosalie V. Otters

She has seen my troubleshooting skills at work with setting up her printer and with various software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Master Creative Suite.  She has also seen me troubleshoot the smartboards in the School of Social Work classrooms.

Dr. Carolyn Turturro

She has seen my troubleshooting skills at work with setting up and running Google Aps, Projectors to laptops, and DVD/VCR players too.   She often calls for my assistance and I am able to help her, if a technical concern moves beyond my current skillset I am very grateful to be able to call upon UALR’s Information Technology Services for assistance.

Herb Scott

He has seen my troubleshooting and administrative specialist skills at work with regard to the photocopier, the fax machine and various computers in the department.   I assisted Mr. Herb Scott by building specific and specialized excel spreadsheets to track personnel productivity, workflow accounting and Annual Appropriation Bills to Acts.  I am confident that each will be honest and forthright with regard to my strengths and weaknesses as both an individual and as an employee in their experience.

Brian Nation

He has been a close friend of mine since November of 1997.  He's seen me through three difference career changes from manufacturing, to Customer Service to being a Public Employee of the State of Arkansas.

He probably knows me better than anyone.
