Executive Summary

As Global Account Executive at Infineon, I am responsible for business development at Ford Motor Company worldwide leading the promotion of innovation and the collaboration between the two organizations.

I started my career at AC Rochester and have worked for Kelsey Hayes (now TRW), FCI, and JAE prior to joining Infineon in 2003.

Over the course of my 25-year career, I have developed a passion and expertise for business development.  Through the building of strong industry relationships, innovative ideas, and global vision, I have  contributed to the automotive market at large.

I have been an active member of SAE since 1992.  I am  currently part of the Industry Leadership Coalition for SAE, a member of the Technical Council for Convergence.  In addition, I serve as an organizer for the SAE Smart Grid session of World Congress, SAE Convergence Megatrends, and the SAE Advanced Safety Symposium.  I am also involved in the fostering of the sciences and technology through my mentorship in FIRST for the Northville High school Robostangs – Team 548.

Professional accomplishments

  • Created a business strategy that established Infineon as Ford's key partner for all Powertrain microprocessors (100% of the business in 2018 and beyond) - along with 100% of all Transmission Solenoid Control IC's.

  • Formed business alliance between Ford, Key T1, and Infineon to create pull for Solid State Relay Replacement
  • Lead the 900V Development Project for Next Generation xEV IGBT's resulting in securing $900k NRE.
