Summary

I have a high determination and commitment to students to make their learning a priority by being an engaging facilitator. I believe my philosophy, educational background, prior, and future professional developments that are outlined below will indicate that I am a qualified candidate for this position.

During my own education and professional development ideally in a classroom I would incorporate TRIBES, which connects to my own philosophy of education to have mutual respect, rights, attentive listening, and appreciation. This will build a strong community within the classroom through engaging lessons, which in turn will allow students to learn to their full potential in a safe and secure environment. I also believe it is essential to collaborate with the students on their own learning, as well as, the community, and fellow teachers to share resources to create the highest quality of education to the students.
