As President of the Culinology® Club she is enjoying having the opportunity to develop her leadership skills and is pleased with this year's activities and the involvement of her classmates thus far. After graduation Amanda hopes to find a position where she can utilize all the skills she has developed during her college career. She enjoys fast paced, hands on activities and is looking forward to a dynamic career.
Courses Taken that Pertain to the Food Industry:
My duties at the California Agricultural Technology Institute include: reception, accounting support, the processing and filing of paperwork, and data entry. I also maintain our online database to insure that all information is accurate and up to date.
As a member of the kitchen staff I participate in the preperation and presentation of food for a variety of events.
The Culinology® program is designed to prepare students for a career in food product development. The program combines the culinary arts with the study of food science.
