Amanda is in her final year at California State University, Fresno. She plans to graduate spring 2010 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences: Culinology® option. As President of the Culinology® Club she is enjoying having the opportunity to develop her leadership skills and is pleased with this year's activities and the involvement of her classmates thus far. After graduation Amanda hopes to find a position where she can utilize all the skills she has developed during her college career. She enjoys fast paced, hands on activities and is looking forward to a dynamic career.
