Develop and teach computer and multimedia classes for new members of the Churchwide Coordinating Team (CCT) of Presbyterian Women and am the contact person for software- and hardware-related issues. Serves as liaison with Creative Services for website content and development for PW as well as provide technical support for hardware and software issues and recommendations of software and hardware upgrade needs. Staff to the Antiracism committee.
Leads Presbyterian Women (PW) electronic communication efforts: develops online and electronic versions of PW and Horizons resources; prepares and sends e-blasts, e-newsletters and other electronic communications as needed and requested; develops online applications for PW resources and communication; participates in the PW social media team, providing guidance on social media and social networking tools and advising on the best tools for the PW constituency.
Responsible for the development and preparation of electronic communication resources for digital and printing use, including design and maintenance of the website for Horizons Magazine and the blogs for the authors of PW’s annual Bible Study. Responsibilities include the conceptualization, graphic design, preparation, production and distribution of promotional materials and resources using multiple forms of media (print, graphics, electronic, etc.).
