Receptionist- Answer telephones and give information to callers, transfer calls to appropriate individuals or take messages, Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Collect funds for individual accounts-keeping immediate record of collections, Provide services to customers, such as account information, upcoming competition fees or uniform dues, Operate office equipment such as copier, fax machine, phone system, Use computers for word processing, spreadsheets,and other applications such as memoranda, Open, read, and distribute incoming electronic mail, Prepare answers to routine letters, Locate and attach appropriate files for specific correspondences, Conduct searches on the internet to find needed information such as driving directions, hotel accommodations, flight schedules, etc., Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other dance/gymnastic related information, Advocate scheduling and event calendars for students and staff-confirming appointments, Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for student/staff records, invoices, and correspondence material, Managed and/or contributed to specific committees for upcoming events.Preschool Gymnastics-Teach children (ages 18 months to 5 years old) the basic fundamentals of gymnastics for future competitive skills. Also responsible for scheduling weekly lesson plan for all classes. I am USA gymnastics KAT (Kinder Accredited Teaching) and MELPD (Movement education and lesson Plan Development) certified in this field.
