Thank You For Your Consideration:

I truly strive to be the type of leader I’d want to work with and for. My approach to my career is simple: lead by example and do so with my actions. By exercising this, I have been able to increase my responsibility and advance in each company I’ve worked for.

I have come to the realization, I want to expand on my career within the 4 FSS Squadron. I have spent the past three years as a civilian contributing to the Seymour Johnson Marketing Department and in the past 13+ years excelling in management and customer service roles. I’ve developed a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding in my experiences within each company I’ve worked in. I am now ready to capitalize on my knowledge and experience as an entirety.

Having already worked with and been familiarized with all of the positions within the 4 FSS Marketing Department, I feel confident that I am the prime candidate to be responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing and publicity plans, policies, procedures and programs in support of activities and business management objectives. I’ve already established networks and maintain strong relationships that make our department prosperous. I have taken the opportunity to shadow the current 4 FSS Marketing Director on her duties and what is entailed of the Marketing Director position. I would love to take the learned information and progress through moral and hard work. I also have gained incite on the primary focuses and details that are important to the success of our department. I feel that this will make a significant difference in how I can contribute to the enhancement and goals of the 4 FSS Marketing Department. I’m am eager to obtain the opportunity to lead the 4 FSS Marketing team as the Marketing Director. Thank you for your consideration.
