Plan and execute recruitment projects(sourcing, scheduling, making offers, reference check, etc.) Assist in the administration and management of HR processes and benefits management, ensuring consistency with market practice and compliance with employment laws. Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements. Update and maintain employee information on the HR system. Administer documentation for staffing. Ensure employment/offer components are in line with policies and legislations. Meet with Head of Department and staff to identify training needs. Prepare and execute Induction & Orientation training. Monitor and conduct training reviews with each department, and review the same with unit Management. Formulating/reviewing of HR policy and procedures, making employees aware of the same through employee communication and ensuring its proper implementation. Conducting one to one sessions with employees to discuss their grievances and suggestions to make a better workplace, and periodic updating to the Senior Management without compromising on the confidentiality element. Organizing company events and get together(Open house, fun days, festivals). Implementation of various organization & Department specific events engaging the workforce. Assistance to aligned Departments for the successful implementation of the engagement events/activities i.e. Leadership Meet, Skip Level Meetings, Info share, Rewards & Recognition, Career Growth, Process Improvement, Quiz & Contests, Calendar Events, Policy & Procedure Updates and HR Communication. Payroll & Compensation management. Coordinating with Legal consultant for PF & ESI related matters and other legal compliances. Exit Interviews/Analysis and Exit Formalities.
