I have taken leadership and business management courses at the University of Pheonix through my previous employer.

I have 12 years of retail experience seven of which has been as a member of management. I have managed a retail store with yearly sales in excess of 80 Million and supervised over 100 associates as an Assistant Manager. I have 10 years of experience conducting associate performance evaluations and seven years of experience conducting job interviews for potential new associates . I am fluent in Spanish capable of writing and reading at a mastery level. I am presently a store manager for Dollar Tree inc. running a $3.8 million a year operation. I am committed to bringing my retail management experience and customer service skills to make a difference in the retail industry.
