  • To trial run all accounting systems and ensure the accuracy of the reports & records.
  • To ensure all contracts are approved and properly signed.
  • To ensure FF&E, OE and inventory are properly recorded and kept in safety place.
  • To ensure all the risk of the hotel are covered by sufficient insurances.

2. Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel

  • To implement a new accounting system (Sun system) and set up a new format of reports (Vision reporting).
  • To assist in setting up accounting policy and procedure and recruit key accounting staffs in Marco Polo Changzhou during a pre - opening stage.
  • To conduct internal audit in Marco Polo Wuhan and assist in streamlining the accounting procedure and provide training to accounting staffs.
