Circle Training Manager Develop a professional external training business building on Axis Bank Relationship's existing program utilizing my extensive soft skill and behavioral and process training and development experience. Develop new joinee's is classroom based training in support of business development efforts with all company salespersons, to meet the needs of our clients. With second in command within the circle, the major decision and execution is planned and executed by the Sales managers and Asst Sales managers, RM(Relationship managers) under our instructions and guidance.
