Circle Training Manager Develop a professional external training business building on Axis Bank Relationship's existing program utilizing my extensive soft skill and behavioral and process training and development experience. Develop new joinee's is classroom based training in support of business development efforts with all company salespersons, to meet the needs of our clients. With second in command within the circle, the major decision and execution is planned and executed by the Sales managers and Asst Sales managers, RM(Relationship managers) under our instructions and guidance. Provide training in respect to Soft skills and behavioral front on Sales. Support and train marketing and sales personnel on marketing tools to send out automated resolution. Develop internal training program including course materials(documents, CBT, manuals, etc.) working closely with functional cluster managers to address everything from new hire orientation to continuous professional development and internal work process instruction and including software/technology training based on TAB. Responsible for implementing a continuous evaluation process, getting internal clients of AXIS bank feedback to learn, improve and re-execute our work processes. Utilized workflow modeling and capacity planning modeling to assist senior management to model and continuously evaluate work processes and staff utilization.
