A. Contracts - 

1. Drafting and vetting of Request for Proposals, non-disclosure agreements, event management agreements, amendments, addendum and notices for deals and projects undertaken by Infosys with clients across Europe region;

2. Researched on country specific laws on third party beneficiary rights, direct and indirect damages (European nations only);

3. Drafting and negotiating Vendor contracts mainly for APAC regions. 

B. Employment law (APAC)- 

1. Draft policies for employees f, including but not limited to - Leave policies, transfer policies, disciplinary policies, maternity leave and benefit policies, employee handbook, working hour policies, project refusal policy. 

2. Advice the Company on redundancy, disciplinary, termination, performance related issues, non-solicit/non-compete clauses and how to address the same.

3. Advice the Company on employee mobility, review and draft deputation letters. 

Keeping abreast of new regulations (changes in the labor laws, social security regulations, immigration laws); analyzing and communicating the change in law or regulations and how the same may have implications for Infosys.

4. Set up the whole process for handling sexual harassment at workplace cases. Drafted the rules, policy, internal guidelines, and documents for Infosys as per the recent Act - The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Ministry of Women and Child Development Notification dated 19th December 2013.

5. Train internal teams to handle disciplinary cases review the investigation report and recommend on the way forward.

C. Insurance - 

1. Currently the Insurance head of the Infosys Legal Department. 

2. Procuring insurance coverage for Infosys after analyzing, evaluating and negotiating insurance policy coverage, premiums, terms, conditions, exclusions and warranties.

3. Advice and help the business team on the impact insurance claims recovery after reviewing all claims related information and data.

4. Preparing final claim list and secure admissibility of all claims from insurers and carriers and ensuring timely notification of claims to underwriters.

5. Approving all insurance related data and clauses in deals, contracts etc.

6. Negotiating with the clients with regard to the insurance related clauses.
