  • Direct a high-performing team of professionals charged with ensuring the 24/7 uptime of  Melco crown entertainment Data Centre, operating over 15,000 sq,ft of raised floor space.
  • Built and managed the Data Centre in Macau, Hongkong and Philippines.

  • The development and maturity of ITIL practices, processes and procedures around operations, incident management, change management and problem management.
