Summary

I am a passionate leader looking to empower other school leaders while also building my own capacity. I recognize the urgency necessary to move our current state of education to a higher level. I believe it starts with building relationships and systems at all levels to create a strong foundation for improvement.

My philosophy of education reflects my story; overcoming odds cannot simply be an option, it must be the expectation.
