Leasing Consultant

FPI Managgement

In my current role as Leasing Consultant I am responsible for a number of customer service related tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to, greeting current and future residents in a prompt and friendly manner, providing current inventory and rental rates to prospective residents, performing weekly market surveys for our competition in the area, touring the community with future residents, maintaining general cleanliness of the leasing office and other public areas, walking the daily tour path and checking for anything that needs to be addressed by staff, opening target apartments, corresponding promptly via email and phone call to any and all rental leads, following up on all leads in a timely and polite manner, handling parcel check in and out for our residents, processing online application information, posting online advertisements periodically throughout the day, processing resident service request information, closing out completed service requests, weekly light cleaning of our vacant/ target homes, and a number of other daily tasks such as filing and other office and admin type work.

Apartment Advantage

My responsibilities with Apartment Advantage were those of a temporary leasing consultant. I would be assigned to an apartment community to help in the daily tasks of running a leasing office. I would help get the office ready for the day, check and respond to voicemail and emails, field incoming calls about the community, assist residents in filling out work orders, receive rent payments, take prospective residents on community tours, post ads for communities on craigslist and other sites, helped organize and put away resident files, set appointments for vendors and a number of other daily tasks that would come up.

In the position as key holder, i was responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising other staff members, giving outstanding customer service to every guest that came into our store, ringing customers up in a prompt and and accurate fashion, taking and fulfilling phone orders, restocking merchandise to the sales floor, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and working new product out onto the sales floor on a daily basis.

First and foremost i was responsible for positive customer service assistance. I helped our professional clients decide on particular items and than I would help them locate the items in the store. I would also take phone orders and process them over the phone and on occasion i would deliver the order. Also I was responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining the stores appearance, resetting floor displays every month and retaining product knowledge.

As the Vitality Spa front desk coordinator i was in charge of answering phone calls, booking and canceling appointments, maintaining client records, inputting client information into our computer program, greeting clients and checking them in when they arrived, keeping track of all of our therapists schedules every day, cleaning the rooms in between clients, ringing clients up for services and products and selling retail product. In addition I also opened and closed the spa, helped with monthly promotion ideas, made conformation calls to all clients to remind them about their appointments and educated clients on what our services were and the packages we sold.

At Savers, i worked on the production team as a team leader. In that position i motivated my team to push harder every day to make higher and higher goals. In our department we sorted and priced household items and moved them out to the sales floor as quickly as possible. Each day we would recycle items off of the floor to make room for new product to come out.

In 2014 I earned my career diploma in Interior Decorating. I earned this Diploma while working full time and earned an A average. This Diploma allows me to work as a certified Interior Decorator.
