Notes Magazine

Help co-found and currently edit Notes Magazine, an Oxford literature and arts publication. Skills include leadership, delegating tasks, proofreading to tight deadlines, self-taught proficient knowledge of Indesign to lay out magazine, use of Gmail as a larger organization (i.e. tagged e-mails), use of Excel to organize magazine design and layout, events design and management.

Thick Zine  (

Single-handedly founded and designed Thick Zine, a website aimed at a teenage female audience, for the discussion of race and image issues using art mediums such as poems and collages. In this role, I created a publicity campaign using Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, personalised mixtapes on music-sharing sites such as, newsletters via email and and blog ‘shoutouts’.
