I performed opening and closing duties for the restaurant including, but not limited to, counting drawers, assigning sections for servers, schedules for servers, handing guest praises and complaints, liquor inventory and ordering, analyzing sales for staffing needs, and motivating staff. As well as supervised a team of trainers, organized training materials, onboarded new hires, orientated new hires, and wrote training schedules. To earn this position, I mastered the various front of house positions in order to be able to train the trainers.

I supervised 25-30 first-year college students in a residential hall at the University of Houston. I dealt with crisis situations and provide customer service to residents who have issues in our building. I managed time effectively with residents and planning programs for the residents to attend. I also have gained some sales experience from giving tours to potential residents/students.

Jeeps Unlimited/King's Grease Service

I managed the website for Jeeps Unlimited and created a website for their sister company King’s Grease Service. This required the ability to work with large jobber files as well as working with html coding. I worked behind the scenes for sales of parts for Jeeps Unlimited and set up contact accounts for King’s Grease Service through their website.

Team Trainer

As team trainer I was in charge of training new hires in all aspects of the store. It ranged from hand washing techniques to making food or taking orders. In addition to this, I am trained on making food and being able to take orders in drive thru and front counter. I have also had manager training and I was ready for promotion if sales were to permit.
