Defined and communicated information management architectures, road-maps and patterns that support adherence and compliance to GDPR and BCR principles.

Based on system analysis, I communicated technical standards and guidelines of cross-functional solutions like ERP, MDM and BI applications. Managed a portfolio of projects and programs to develop new, implement, roll-out and adapt the cross-functional solutions in cooperation with the related functional area. Developed a sales and marketing portal.

Change Project Manager


Global change communications manager on a project to minimise the number of applications within Novartis. The project is also responsible for server virtualisation and minimising the number of server halls around the globe.

    identified who does what, when and how. What information is
    needed from the program managers for communications to work
    with? First time this global programme has a process
    which supports the programme and project managers in their
    work, it enhances the quality of communications that leave the

  • Developed a set of questions which helps the programme

    tools. e.g. what should the communications achieve?
    Streamlined the number of templates used in the programme from
    six to two.
  • Developed a number of template messages for the different
    channels; identifying the target number of words and style of
    writing for different channels. It supports the programme and
    project managers when developing their messages.
