  • Lead Rolex.com 2013 full overhaul as the Product Owner: scope and objectives definition, designs, content and translations, developments, technology definition in collaboration with each internal expert.
  • Pilot the integrated digital communications portfolio and project management processes: consolidate the vision, define consistent objectives, manage cross-project dependencies and risks mitigation in close collaboration with each project manager.
  • Provide oversight of third-party management –120 professionals across five multidisciplinary agencies –including vision communication, release road map elaboration and resource allocation.
  • Centralize digital-related communications internally as the referent and one of the most senior member of the digital team.

       ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Initiated an integrated and transverse management of Rolex digital websites, applications and social media platforms: significantly improved program organization, control, transparency and reporting.
  • Met the objective of launching a completely new Rolex.com: new design, functionality and content, new agency and team members, in just nine months.
  • Grew mutual understanding in daily communications and activities between Rolex project managers and agency personnel by fostering collaboration and team spirit.
  • Facilitated the adoption of new content management and collaborative tools, consequently enhancing efficiency and overall quality.
