LIMITED LINES AGENT/ CSR
- Process applications for changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies.
- Reviewed insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy records.
- Accept payment on policies.(check, money order, debit ext.)
- Deposit end of day batch.
- Responsible for building relationship with customer to provide excellence customer satisfaction, including informing customer about different types of coverage.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension and service requests.
- Attend meetings and training seminars.
- Answer high volume calls, fax, email, and scan proper paperwork.
- Process vehicle inspections.
