  •  Research and identify specific pieces of collateral required to support the sales process. This will range from hotel brochures to specific promotional requirements across the property and feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of content creation as well as the briefing to creative agencies (including copy writing, photo/video shootings) and ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
  • Identifing and creating marketing programmes to support the hotel's marketing plan and ensure that all details are researched fully, communicated internally and executed through an effective communications plan.
  • Liaise with appointed designers, supplying a written brief outlining the specific objectives, target market and any additional information as required ensuring that the DOS&M is kept aware of all progress.
  • Working closely with an appointed agency to take full responsibility for the creation of a bi-annual newsletter. This involves the generation of internal articles, assisting with copywriting, proof checking and layout decisions.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and each edition is delivered to a pre-agreed timing plan.
  • Meet with Journalist, Editorial Managers of Magazines and other Media heads to boost hotel's exposure.
  • Brainstorm with department heads opportunities to execute value-added mailings to the database in line with the hotel's revenue objectives.
  • Proof checking specific design jobs and ammending errors as well as communicating to DOSM or the designers.
  • Under the Direction of the DOSM, execute any internal communication projects and ensure that the hotel developments are communicated at every available opportunity.
  • Provide day to day marketing support of the DOSM and keep accurate records of all communication as well as ensuring that all agreed deadlines are adhered to and all communication is at 5 star standards.
