SOW included but not limited to delivery of training on new POS systems/software being "Rolled-Out" to all CC stores/wharehouses and offices. The following is a quote from the SOW Contract:
4.0 Description Of Developed Works And Related Deliverables And Services4.1 Courses Three courses are taught as a part of the rPOS deployment,(1) Field Associate Training (FA Training); (2) Cross Dock /Distribution Center Training; (3) 1+1 Store Training. All three courses rely on the same rPOS content. The differences among the courses are the emphasis of the courses and the audiences. All instructors hired through this RFP will deliver 1+1 Store Training. Some instructors will deliver FA and CD/DC training.
4.1.1 1+1 Store TrainingThis is a two -day class for customer service associates, warehouse staff, product specialists and managers. The associates who attend 1+1 Store Training are full and part time workers who are familiar with the current point of sale system and inventory system as well as store policies and processes. This class teaches experienced associates how to use the new system and it emphasizes new business polices and procedures. The class is called 1+1 Store Training because 1-day training is delivered the day before the new system is installed, and the second day of training is delivered on the 1st day of the new systems
Day one of the training is delivered as a series of five role based courses focused on topics such as opening the store, basic sales transactions, shipping and received, and manger functions.
Day-two is on-the-job training. Instructors are on the floor the first day the new system is deployed. They help managers and associates with all aspects of the rPOS and the IMS. Trainers are on site from store open to store close with the exception of breaks and meals.
There are 630-660 events, that is, we will teach the two-day 1+1 class 630 to 660 times. Location1+1 Store Training is delivered at Circuit City stores across the continental Unites States and Hawaii.

This certificate is designed for students with previous experience in 3D animation who want to move into an advanced software environment and learn how to create 3D animation using a non-linear, node-based process.
