As the Head of EU Geo & Sales of a new startup, I had immediate challenges around building a solid foundation for growth – setting the strategic direction for the sales team and putting in structures, licenses, visa & immigration in places to match horizontal and vertical growth.
Now once the company has gone past the first 18 months the responsibilities largely revolve around – to hire, lead, coach, manage and drive sales team to exceed the revenue targets.
- Grown the market share from Zero to a virtual monopoly in less than 12 months of operations.
