When Sanjay Joshi joined Viterra Inc., the global agricultural products firm headquartered in Saskatchewan, he brought a wealth of experience to the role of Consulting Project Manager. Among other responsibilities, Joshi spearheaded a program of technology system upgrades at Viterra. Early in his career, Sanjay Joshi worked as a project coordinator for Novire Technologies PVT LTD, in Mumbai, India. As Project Coordinator, he helped develop a supply chain solution for Future Group, a leading retail enterprise in the country. Sanjay Joshi's primary responsibility was to develop a system that would integrate vital, but untracked order details into an existing data report system. Joshi assisted in collecting information on the project's development, as well as documenting the Future Group business process. He created logistics solutions to track the movement of stock from suppliers to the warehouse to approximately 80 final destinations.Silvex Realty Pvt LTD is part of the India-based Silvex Group, whose companies target opportunities in real estate development and construction. After leaving Novire, Sanjay Joshi became the Business Analyst for a Silvex effort to design a centralized CRM solution that would support lead management, inventory tracking, payment collection, and customer care. Joshi worked with the project manager in information gathering and handled the functional requirements for the project. He also served as the primary liaison between the participants in the project and worked closely with business analysts and software designers.Before accepting his current position at Viterra, Sanjay Joshi joined a project that implemented a result-based regulatory system (RBR) at the international business solutions firm Fujitsu Canada. The Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment developed the RBR initiative to provide improved environmental protection and regulatory effectiveness; Sanjay Joshi served as Senior Business Analyst for that effort. In that capacity, he created business and functional specification documents for forest permit and municipal applications. In addition, he gathered project requirements, designed process flows, conducted workshops, and collaborated with branch managers and senior Ministry officials.
