Manage the direct billing of the business partners from the distributor. Establish and implement strategies to create recognition and demand for company's products through various marketing initiatives. Search the new business partners in my area, identify, develop, Support and build the confidence in them and also responsible for their smooth and consistent billing from the distributor. Firmly put sales strategy in line with company's business objectives. Handle the DRP(Direct Retail Partners) support them, take end customer calls with them and chase them till the closure of deal. Responsible for the Marketing activities like giving Demos in my territory. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions. Achieved most of time my sales target in my territory, 20% sales increase in last year. Preparing MIS of all the Dealers & communicating same to my Senior Management. Conducted promotional activities to create & expand the customer base of the company. Coordinating with the management & Dealers for arriving at competitive pricing in my region. Suggested changes to working methods that boosted sales and staff morale. Achieved growth in market share of Samsung Printer by 25% in my region. Achieved growth in market share of Konica Minolta by 15% in my region although product is new entrant to my territory
