Embarked upon on a temporary assignment (9-12 months) to work with the Chief Delivery Officer at GCI, a former colleague at CORT/Infinium, to assess and build the West Coast as a sales territory for outsourced/offshore IT services.Spent time in Bangalore, India learning the offshore delivery process. Responsible for the succesful delivery of all consulting services engagements; managed and coordinated all resources involved in each implementation project and reported back to stakeholders.

·Directed a team of implementation consultants, data conversion specialists, trainers, programmers, and 3rd party consultants while managing multiple payroll/HR/Self Service implementation projects for customers of up to 20,000+ employees.

·Managed 3 separate technology platform migrations (HP3000 to Windows/Btrieve to Windows/SQL to .NET) impacting the entire customer base with required conversion and upgrade processes while simultaneously managing new customer implementation projects.

·Developed project plans, scheduled resources, conducted meetings and project planning workshops, and acted as liaison between Sales/Services, Services/Development, Services/Support; responsible for customer experience during entire customer lifecycle.Managed customer expectations, project risk and change throughout project delivery.

·Conducted needs analyses, developed proof-of-concept demonstrations, delivered onsite presentations, authored proposals and SOWs to support sales efforts.
