Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist s and supports the head chef in food preparation
  • Provides support to the restaurants sales and marketing team
  •  Helps with menu planning
  •  Oversees food preparation, cooking and presentation in the restaurant
  •  Enforces safety, health and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  •  Troubleshoots any problems that may arise in the kitchen
  •  Ensures that food goes to the customers in a timely manner
  •  Manages and supervises the Commis chefs that work under them
  • Preparing the day to day menu according to the chef menus and try to share ideas to develop new creations


  • More than 3years’ experience in Culinary.
  •  Great ability to supervise and train Commis and Demi chef to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
  •  Exceptional ability to plan a variety of menu
  •  Basic knowledge of supplies, equipment and services ordering and inventory control.
  •  Remarkable ability to read, understands, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
  •  Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  •  Remarkable skills in cooking and preparing a variety of foods.
  •  In-depth ability to develop and test recipes and techniques for food preparation presentation.
  • Immense knowledge of catering set-up procedures
