Staff members include medical experts on the West Coast of the US as well as qualified tea masters in China who help produce guidance regarding cancer prevention and a host of other medical issues (stress, blood pressure, obesity).

Sindhi Association, established in 1980, supports over 700 families displaced from the turbulent province of Sindh. The role called for extreme attention to confidentiality, diplomacy and co-ordination. I was approached to conduct this work to add intercultural understanding & knowledge of suitable technologies to assist this U.K. based NGO.                          🔹Responsibility for the provision of communication advice to the board of trustees and as principal liaison with external stakeholders.                                                                🔹Development of new media strategy encompassing online tools and analytics for measurement.                                                                                                                🔹Dissemination of e- bulletin news services for over 700 families in the U.K. Extension of distribution to 5,000 individuals and institutions located worldwide including local councils, GLA, relevant embassies.                                                                                                            🔹Crisis communications development, not limited to co-ordination with U.K./US/Indian authorities as well as UN representatives.

Managed WGSN's business objectives & expectations in the Iberian territory inline with the overall business strategy. Responsible for sales pipeline, P&L, strategic development, leadership & marketing campaigns. Worked with international, board level client base to deliver solutions to brief, on time & on budget.

🔹Created a recurring revenue pipeline generating in excess of £2m/annum servicing over 100 leading companies across the territory and EMEA. Logos include LVMH, Zara, Carrefour, Quiksilver, Umbro, Mango, El Corte Ingles, MTV, Camper, Warner Bros, L'Oreal and others.

🔹Strategic analysis of the current information service in relation to current environment & competitive offerings. Identification of new business opportunities & segments. Devised customer retention strategies & positioning statements. Launched e-bulletin service in Spanish & Portuguese specifically for the Iberian market, later extended to Spanish speaking markets.
