I am optimistic, ambitious in my own interests and like my organization puts it, I’m reliable. I stretch all available resources to meet deadlines, however rigid. As Director Marketing- Colors Kannada, Colors SUPER & VOOT Regional, I was responsible for planning Marketing Strategy based on Data,Media Planning, Flawless execution in optimal Budget, Working on creative and Overall launch of the Show.

I have Launched COLORS SUPER as my first assignment. i have worked on a 360 degree Media planning and executed. Colors SUPER Channel today have seen more than 70% growth in the first 1 year. Have worked on many show launches of both Colors Kannada and Colors SUPER like BIGG Boss, Fiction, NON Fiction, Brand Building activities and much more.

My key focus has always been on devising strategies that will stand the test of time and market conditions.INNOVATION in marketing campaigns has been my Strength in our launches.

As South Head – Marketing, I have initiated, executed and celebrated the success of several key marketing initiatives across South markets.

My key focus has always been on devising strategies that will stand the test of time and market conditions. Brand Salience and increasing Brand Recall has been of top most priority.

My role primarily involves multiple layers of Brand integration through finding the perfect solution to both Radio City as well as the Client. For all our flagship properties, I work closely with top notch clients and get them on board.

Marketing Manager (Operations)

As the Marketing Operations Manager in Radio city Connect, my scope of work was to manage marketing operations for 5 major cities namely, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Vizag etc. More or less, I was in charge of all Marketing Operations in South India for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.

Apart from the regular marketing activities like branding, positioning, event activity, advertising, vendor management and logistics at Radio city Connect, I strived to provide individual client based properties specific to the client’s brand/product. The property conceptualized is customized to boost the market value of the brand or client.

I was instrumental in handling accounts of some major clients for Radio City who came on board from a long term prospect. I have had excellent rapport with several major clients including Airtel, Group M, Bosch, Britannia, MTR and Tata Motors. My quick thinking and ability to trouble shoot helped me forge ahead with smooth execution of several key activities successfully. I’m known for my innovative ideas which add immense value to every assignment I have successfully handled.

Marketing Manager and Partnership

As Manager Marketing & Partnership I was primarily responsible in the given role to initiate and clinch new deals and deliver within the agreed timelines, budget at new locations for the company. In my given territory I would be in charge to sign up with new partners like OOH or content vendors where there is a likelihood of new business and thereby increase revenue and visibility for my company. I handled partnership or trade offs with a range of other media like TV / Print Radio etc. It would also be in my purview to work closely with all partners at different locations towards increasing brand visibility, partnerships, payments and campaigns for all Partner locations.

My role also included interfacing with existing partners for all detailed reports and analysis of respective projects.

I marketed our brand, 'Blufi' to clients and initiated brand building exercises by conducting workshops for agencies and brands about our technology so as to create and enhance awareness of our brand which thereby results in better prospects for the brand making it conducive to establish a new relationship and thus increase revenue.

Marketing Manager - Activation

My role as Marketing Manager in activation comprised of mainly integrating Mirchi as a brand with each event where I was involved in the conceptualizing of the event/activity, identifying the hook, planning the logistics, identify the most cost effective and reliable vendor to cater requirements for the same, vendor co-ordination, customization, audience generation, man-power management and execution of the event within set timelines.

I thrived to position, project and promote Mirchi as a brand alongside the client brand. I was responsible to enhance and widen Mirchi as a Brand and gel with the event so as to accentuate and bring in Brand visibility for the client as much as for Mirchi. I used to also keep myself updated with as many events as possible, so as to be on the lookout to increase the sales pitch for brand.

Being in direct contact with the consumers I have acquired a sense for what attracts the market and drives people to make the purchase. Have gained practical knowledge of brand positioning which impacts direct marketing and retail marketing differently.
