  • Challenge: Urgent need to define and implement  lean and efficient Project Management  processes across the  delivery centers to meet their fast growth .

Result: I  Successfully reduced the risk Likelihood  by  institutionalizing the processes  uniformly across the delivery centers . The deal was finally signed off .

  • Challenge :One of the Strategically important Healthcare Program was facing recurring issue of failing to meet delivery timelines and there was High risk in renewing the contract by customer

Result: I Enhanced the usage of Project Management processes by arranging several workshops for the teams onsite and remote followed by regular process compliance monitoring. It resulted in  improving overall schedule  Compliance to >80% from 65% over a period of 6 months.  I was conferred "Best Team Player of the Year" Award for this achievement.
