Result: I Enhanced the usage of Project Management processes by arranging several workshops for the teams onsite and remote followed by regular process compliance monitoring. It resulted in  improving overall schedule  Compliance to >80% from 65% over a period of 6 months.  I was conferred "Best Team Player of the Year" Award for this achievement.
