As a Personal Chef for private parties, Samuel Isaacs operates with drive and perseverance. Drawing inspiration from such master chefs as Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, Hubert Keller, Rick Bayless, and Tyler Florence, Samuel Isaacs aims to follow in their footsteps. To that end, Samuel Isaacs pursues his dream of becoming an accredited professional chef, graduating magna cum laude from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Years earlier, Samuel Isaacs earned two college degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and a Doctor of Education from Columbia University. Samuel Isaacs was enjoying a long and successful career, but felt unfulfilled until he abandoned retirement to pursue his passion, the culinary arts. Surrounded by young culinary students, Samuel Isaacs did not allow his seniority get in the way of learning how to master cooking techniques along with everyone else. Despite the taxing physical demands of the kitchen, Samuel Isaacs’s energy and enthusiasm never wavered. Now 71 years young at the start of his career as a Personal Chef, Samuel Isaacs demonstrates a renewed zest for life and work through his creative cookery. Chef Samuel Isaacs enjoys the process of combining exotic flavors in unexpected ways to create palate-pleasing flavors. Joined by his wife and sous chef Denise, Chef Samuel Isaacs has made a name for himself as the owner of Culinary Comfort, a catering company that promises the best in seasonal offerings.
