  • Creation, Implementation, and Maintenance of “On the Spot”

- A free after sales service of calling students on a monthly to help them practice their English and also to obtain feedback about classes. This information was then presented to the director of studies and the Sales department to assist in decision making and contract renewals.

- This targeted project targeted an average of 100 students per month.

- Other objectives of this project were client retention and relationship building.

  • Development of Specific – there was the need for English class materials with specific focus on the legal and business aspects hence this led to the development of robust and appropriate material development. Everything was aimed at the situational basis of the professions.
  • Exploring new ways of Recruiting teachers – during that period the demand for native teachers was great and the company had no way of getting them. To achieve this I started exploring Expat forums, using social media to contact them, partnerships with hostels and creating attractive vacancy ads. By January 2013 about 20 native teachers were interviewed and hired.
  • Recruitment of teachers – used websites such as to post job ads, schedule and conducted interviews with possible candidates and also recruited them.
